We all have too much stuff. Every ‘thing’ you own, demands time.

It demands cleaning, maintenance, and storage - so less stuff equals more time.  Start by having a good clear out, followed by a good old clean and finally set yourself up to keep it all in order.

Marie Kondo’s method of decluttering by type of item, as opposed to by room, worked incredibly well for me and many others.

Start with the easy stuff and the feeling of accomplishment will get you through the harder stuff. You will feel so much lighter when it’s done.

DEEP CLEAN

When you start looking into the corners that you usually avoid - it’s never pretty - and sometimes we just need to buckle down for a deep clean.  This checklist is room by room to give your home a fresh reset.

KEEP IT UP

Once you’ve done the deep clean, it's a good time to set a regular schedule and division of tasks. Everyone has different schedules and different ways that work for them. Included, you’ll find an example weekly schedule for 30 minutes a day, divided by room, which is usually enough to keep on top of it all. But if that doesn’t work for you, there is also a blank schedule to work around your schedule.
